From marketplace to result.
- 1
Live connection where possible
Does your marketplace have a supported API? Then Linqer syncs orders and payouts automatically, without you having to upload anything.
- 2
Drag in your file for the rest
For everything else: any export from your webshop or seller portal, without preparation. There's no need to delete, rename or reorder columns — the file can stay exactly as it is.
- 3
AI suggests the mapping
Columns and row types are recognised and the complete mapping is presented for your review. Everything correct? One click. Want something different? Correct the field and the AI learns from your adjustment.
- 4
Mapping is remembered
Subsequent uploads of the same format run fully automatically: file in, verification out. Monthly administration becomes a routine of seconds instead of a job of hours.
Connected, checked, optimised.
For marketplaces with a live API connection — like Bol.com, Amazon and Fnac — Linqer syncs orders and payouts automatically in the background: no export, no upload, always current data. For marketplaces without a direct connection yet, Smart Import steps in. AI reads your export file, recognises what every column and every row means — order ID, amount, sale or return — and proposes the complete mapping. You confirm with one click, and from that moment on every subsequent upload of the same format runs automatically. Either way you get up-to-date oversight: automatic where it can be, sorted in seconds where it can't be yet.
Everything under control.
Live API connection
For marketplaces with a supported API, Linqer pulls in orders and payouts automatically — no file, no upload, no manual step. New data is ready for verification the moment it lands.
AI column recognition as fallback
No live connection for your marketplace yet? The AI recognises columns by name and content alike: 'Order no', 'Order ID' or 'Reference' — it doesn't matter what the marketplace calls it. Dates in unusual formats and amounts in different notations are interpreted correctly too.
CSV, Excel & PDF
Some marketplaces only provide a PDF settlement. Those are read out automatically as well: tables are recognised and converted into structured data, as if they were a spreadsheet. No more retyping.
Row classification
Not every row in a settlement is a sale: there are returns, corrections, fees and undelivered orders in between. Every line automatically gets the right meaning, so the verification that follows works with clean, correctly labelled data.
Duplicate detection
Accidentally uploading the same file twice, or an export that partially repeats last month: duplicates are intercepted before they pollute your figures. Your data stays correct, even when the upload was done in a hurry.
Built for your role.
Live connection where available, one recognisable upload flow for the rest. Adding a new marketplace? Linqer syncs automatically, or the AI works out the file structure by itself.
No integration projects needed to get started: where a live connection exists it just works, for the rest downloading and uploading is enough. Anyone who can send an attachment can run the entire marketplace administration.
From a hundred to ten thousand orders per month without administration hours growing along with it. Automatic where it can be, one file to drag in where it still has to be.
